Isabelle Christensen is a fourth-year student at TRU studying journalism and communications with a particular interest in reporting on political issues and the education systems of BC. She wants to report on real issues affecting real people to try to make a difference.
Growing up in the small town of Clearwater, moving to Kamloops was a leap to the “big city” where she could achieve her academic goals while also supporting her interests in creative writing, reading, and learning. Her journalism career started in Clearwater, writing for her local newspaper in high school.
